Develop JATSPacks
Very soon, I hope to have more examples of JATSPacks up here (as described in the Balisage paper, as well as detailed instructions on how to create your own. In the meantime, the core JATS Bundle provides a set of 45 examples -- each of the top-level subdirectories of the bundle corresponds to a single JATSPack. From these, the EXPath Packaging System specification, and the Balisage paper, there is more than enough information to see how JATSPacks work, and how you can create your own.
